PS.I am currently stuck in a situation I am not so sure of what to do...My job has changed it's "Rules" and I don't agree with them so much. Luckily since Ben in his own department, he doesn't have to follow all this. So I am attempting find a new job, if you have any ideas/referrals please let me know :)
