Happy

September is one of my favorite times of the year, I love the weather & the pretty changing trees & of course, my birthday. This year I am not all that sure if any year will be able to beat it. 

Benny surprised me with one the craziest birthday presents...like, ever.

Your probably thinking, Court are you crazy? Yes, yes I am, but I am SO excited!! If anyone wants to join we still have 2 open spots in our group!

I get this pretty place VERY soon, our appraisal came back at ASKING PRICE, we were/are MORE than thrilled! We can't wait to move in!

and lastly I have completed my birthday wishlist just for Benny :).

Life finally feels like it is all coming together again :) Today is a happy day.
